Pricing FAQ
How do you finalize a quote?
We use a 30-minute discovery call plus access to your last three months of financials and bank activity. From there we deliver a written scope and a fixed monthly fee within two business days.
Are there setup fees?
Sometimes. Clean-up engagements are priced separately. Standard onboarding (chart of accounts review, system connections, reporting build) is included in your first month.
What's not included?
Income tax returns, audit fees, M&A diligence, and one-time system implementations are priced separately. We are transparent about this up front, in writing.
Can we scale up or down?
Yes. Tier changes take effect the next billing cycle. We re-scope every six months as a default.
What if my transaction volume jumps?
We have transparent volume thresholds in every engagement. If you cross a threshold, we'll flag it before billing changes - never as a surprise.
